To ensure a diverse year of reading, each month has been assigned a genre. The challenge is to read a book within the month that is classified by its designated genre. Once completed, the genre will be X-ed out. Each month comes with a bonus challenge: completing that month’s Book of the Month* pick. In addition to the monthly genre & BOTM challenges, each quarter of the year will be assigned a genre. At least one (1) book read during these groups of months needs to be classified by the assigned genre. A list of completed books can be found at the bottom of this page.
